Calcium Ligosulphonate POWDER

As a multi-component polymer anionic surfactant, the calcium lignosulphonate (CF-1) is a brown yellow powdery substance in appearance and gives off slight aroma, with the molecular weight of 800 to 1,000 usually and strong dispersibility, cohesiveness and chelating property. At present, the calcium lignosulphonate products of the company have already be widely used as water reducing admixtures for cement, pesticide suspension concentrates, ceramic body reinforcing agents, coal water slurry dispersants, tanning agents for leather, refractory material binders, carbon black granulation agents and so on, are used in various industries and have won a good reputation among users.

3. Application:
 
 Can be used as a water-reducing admixture for concrete, and applicable for projects such as culverts, dikes, reservoirs, airports, expressways and so on.
 Used as a scale remover and a circulating water quality stabilizer on boilers.
 Sand preventing and sand fixing agents
 Used for electroplating and electrolysis, and can ensure that the coatings are uniform and have no tree-like patterns.
 Used as a tanning auxiliary in leather industry.
 Used as a flotation agent for ore dressing and an adhesive for mineral powder smelting.
 Coal water slurry additive
 Long-acting slow-release nitrogen fertilizer agent, a modified additive for high-efficiency slow-release compound fertilizers
 Used as a filler and a dispersant for vat dyes and disperse dyes, a diluent for acid dyes and so on.
 Used for anodal anti-piping agents of lead-acid storage batteries and alkaline storage batteries, and can improve the low-temperature urgent discharge and service life of the batteries.
 
4. PACKING AND STORAGE:
 
Package: Normaly packed in 25kg woven bags with inner plastic lining. We can also pack as your request.
 
Storage: Kept in dry and ventilating place, prevent from rain and moisture when storage if agglomerated, please crush and make it into solution, and its effect won't be affected.
