1.Controllable setting time
Inorganic admixtures, inorganic salts, organic acids (salts) and other multi-channel composite coagulation regulation, and the opening time is controllable.
Based on the fast hardening and early strength cementitious system, the early strength accelerating components are optimized. The compressive strength can reach 50% of the design strength in 8 hours and 85% in 1 day, and the strength will not shrink in the later stage.
Chemical tackifier and mineral tackifier are used together, and the rebound rate of shotcrete is ≤ 9%.
4.High adaptability
The formula of core dry concrete is adjustable and has good adaptability to different water reducing agents, accelerators and cement.
