Sodium gluconate is a compound with formula NaC6H11O7. It is the sodium salt of Gluconic Acid . It has the E number E576. It is a white colorless powder that is very soluble in water.












Product Application






1. Sodium has the important effects for maintaining the osmotic pressure and volume of exocellular fluid,regulating the acibase balance in human body and developing the normal functions of the nerves and muscles. The product is able to prevent effectively sodium deficit syndromes from occurring. It is a good food additive or food fortifier of sodium. It can also be co-spun with other synthetic fiber into all sorts of costuming.

2. Adjust the acid-base balance in human bodies to restore the normal function of nerves when used for medicine. It is used for food additives for the same purpose.
