Product Description
PPC 3060 is powder form performance enhanced polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer manufactured through optimizations of molecular configuration and synthesis process. It is suitable for special cement (CAC or CSA cement) rich mortar with requirements of high fluidity and high strength. PPC 3060 can provide quick plasticizing and high water reducing effect for mortar, and additionally deforming property and long slump retention performance as well. PPC 3060 is well compatible with many other additives, such as deformer, retarder, expansive agent and accelerator etc. Owing to its unique molecular structure, PPC 3060 can give excellent workability, provides strength development and greatly improve performance/cost ratio for mortar or concrete. Recommended dosage is 0.015~0.45% by weight of cement or inorganic binder depending on the applications. The detailed dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.
